I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


How long is the shipping time?

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (once shipped).
    Please note: unexpected events such as holidays, severe weather, or customs delays may impact delivery times. While we strive for timely delivery, shipping companies may encounter unforeseen issues beyond our control.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
Just email us with the subject line: “CANCEL”, and we’ll process it.
If the item has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, reply immediately to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@adoravive.com within 12 hours to make corrections. After that time, we can’t guarantee changes.


My item arrived damaged. What now?

We take great care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Email us your order number.

  2. Attach a clear photo of the damaged item.

Once verified, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
